Guess Who's Two

Waylon turned two on Friday. I cannot believe that our baby is growing up so fast! It seems like only yesterday we were coming home from the hospital with our new bundle of fun.

We had a farm themed birthday for him and had all kinds of guests over. Grandma & Grandpa, Grammy & Papa, Auntie Shannon, Montana, Emma, Micah, Uncle Andy, Auntie Sara, Abby, Beka, Uncle Hyde, and our good friends...get this...Waylon, Tracey, and Nova.


Grandma and Grandpa came over early and helped decorate and played with Waylon so I could get some last minute details finished. Waylon loved playing with the balloons and "ecorating" with them.

His newest love is "doh". He and Grandma played with Play Doh for a while to keep him from trying to open his "pesents".

After dinner, we let him blow out the candle on his farm so he could eat his piggy "cuhcake".

Then it was present time. He got all the things that make a little boy happy...cars, tools, a big truck, play doh (made by cousins Abby & Beka), books, and new Playmobils.

Thank you everyone for coming to help us celebrate our precious little boy.

I found this online and thought it was a wonderful idea... 20 questions to ask your child on their birthday. I didn't think he would actually understand these enough to answer them but he did surprisingly well.

What is your favorite holiday? K. (his cousin's name. He very rarely sees her but we always see her on holidays so I think anytime he sees her its a good holiday :))

What do you want for dinner on your birthday? Fruit snacks
What do you want to be when you grow up? He didn't answer this one.

Obviously, we should maybe feed him more than fruit snacks :)
